We recommend a free initial telephone consultation with one of our consultant psychiatrists to help us to clarify your particular situation. If you decide to proceed to a Psychiatry North East assessment, we will arrange your initial appointment. Our assessments consist of a first appointment (usually 90 minutes) in a relaxed setting during which we discuss with you in detail your particular circumstances and concerns. This will usually be followed by further information gathering (for example reports from school) and one or more subsequent appointments.
